Xingdingan Hotel - Xining

The hotel's modern and clean aesthetic was impressive, although some might find it a bit too posh with all the gold and electrical items. The location was convenient, making it easy to access the city center and there were some delicious Muslim restaurants nearby. the hotel provided a comfortable stay.

The service at the hotel was not up to par. The staff's proficiency in English was lacking and even when attempting to communicate in basic Chinese, assistance was hard to come by.

Modern and Clean Hotel the hotel was very modern and clean, which gave us a good impression upon arrival. the rooms were decked out with fancy and unique technology, which added a bit of fun to our stay. the hotel had a convenient location near the city center and some great Muslim restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

Lack of Service we were a bit disappointed with the service at the hotel. the staff spoke little to no English and were not much help when we asked for assistance.

Stayed at a luxurious hotel in Xining with exclusive amenities which fulfilled all my needs. the service was exceptional, with prompt assistance from attentive staff, who went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. the room advantages were impressive with private facilities and a sauna on-site. the restaurant had a wide range of dishes available, and the food was scrumptious.

The only minor issue I encountered at this hotel was that the lightning in the room was sometimes dim and unsettling, but it did not diminish the overall experience. this hotel is an outstanding venue with impeccable luxury facilities and excellent service.
